At Brown Printing Company customer service is not just a department, it’s our culture. Each employee takes pride in ensuring that we meet and exceed the expectations of our customers.

The Customer Service Department in each plant will assign your title to an individual Customer Service Representative. This representative will be your main contact at each facility and will work with you to ensure we deliver a product that exceeds your expectations.

Your representative will have a working knowledge of your publication and is responsible for taking your project from beginning to end. Our customer service model is built on a frame work of open and continuous communications. Our customer service representatives are available via email, office phone and cell phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
